The most comprehensive book on what is perhaps the all-time most popular supplement, thorough and authoritative.
Shorter and more accessible than the Antonio et. al. and Kreider texts, but still authoritative and covers the basics well. The NSCA offers Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits for a course based on this text.
Comparable to Antonio et. al. and in authoritativeness and scope but has the advantage of being approximately 10 years more recent and therefore able to capture some of the newer research.
This is the secular Bible of sports nutrition. It’s one of the three recommended texts to prepare for the Certification of the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN) and the one I used. To prepare, I read it word-for-word and answered every practice problem.
