About Andy Feltovich
Andy Feltovich is a life-long athlete and fitness enthusiast now in his fifth decade of competition.
After developing health problems in his early 30s related to desk-work, a sedentary lifestyle, and poor diet, he had to redouble his efforts at health and fitness.
After losing over 25 pounds—and keeping it off—putting on lean muscle, and controlling his blood pressure and cholesterol, he decided to start teaching fitness and nutrition professionally in 2014 to share his knowledge and experience with others.
His current work focuses on “The Executive Athlete,” busy professionals, like him, who need to exercise, eat right, and make healthy lifestyle decisions—but don’t have all day to spend in the gym or the kitchen.
He hold the following nutrition and fitness designations:
- Certified strength and conditioning coach (CSCS, *D) and certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT) with specializations in kettlebell (SFG1), barbell (SFL), and body-weight exercises (SFB); injury prevention and recovery (CES); as well as the needs of police, military, and first responders (TSAC-F)
- Certification of the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN)
